Why making a will is so important

It is estimated that at least one third (and probably many more) of all people who die do so without having made a will. This can often cause anxiety, delay and unnecessary expense for next of kin.
It’s probably something you have often thought you should do but never quite get around to?
Making a will is too important to long finger and ignore. None of us want to be reminded of our mortality.

If you own your own home, are single, married or are about to marry, have divorced you must regulate the conduct of your affairs after your death lest the law step in and do the job for you but in a way you may never wish or intend.

So take the iniative and call us on 01-4652376 or e-mail us at joe@durkansolicitors.ie. For a modest charge we will take your detailed instructions and arrange a further appointment for you to execute yourwill. For a modest extra charge we have facilities for the long term storage of your will.
